My first 5511 subject was my girlfriend’s brother dressed as a Chicken and reading a book. David was sitting on the left side of the couch (camera right). I placed a Nikon SB-900 w/ a Honl/Rosco CTO Gel and a Lumiquest Softbox III very close to him. With my D700 white balanced to Tungsten I got a nice blue background due to a window to the left (camera left). After a few shots with one light I decided to throw another SB-900 into the mix …
