You are lucky. Maybe you don’t know it, but you are. When I first started my photography business it was 2001, I was unaware of the photography community that existed, and I figured a lot of things out all by myself. Â You don’t have to go at it alone!! Â Whether you are a photographer who is just starting out or have been in business a long long time, there is no excuse for missing out on one of the many many conventions that occur during the year. They happen all over the country, and the networking opportunities alone are well worth the price of admission! There are new products and ideas all the time, and one of the following conventions is where you would learn about them. Take a second to look over the following list, check your calendar and pick one! You will see some familiar faces and certainly meet some new ones. I strongly encourage you to go to at LEAST one, but maybe more if you can! They are so much fun and truly inspiring for your business.
(of course, I personally recommend Pictage’s Partner Confernece in November since I am one of the photographers giving a shooting workshop!!)
